Commercial Vendor Information

The 2022 Amador County Fair will be held July 28 - 31


Fair Hours: Thursday and Sunday 9 am - 12 midnight

                      Friday and Saturday 9 am to 1 am


Booths must be staffed during the following hours:

Indoor: Thursday - Saturday 10 am - 10 pm  /  Sunday 10am - 8 pm

Outdoor: Thursday - Sunday 9 am - 11 pm


General Information:

Food vendors are required to have a health permit and Food Safety Certification (More information is available here)


All vendors are required to provide or purchase Liability Insurance. An overview of requirements is provided on the cover page of each application. For further information, forms and rules, please reference the Vendor Manual below. If you have further questions, please contact our office. 


Vendor Applications:

Please fill out the appropriate application below and return it to the Fair office. 


Effective July 1, 2018, if you are a retailer who makes sales of tangible personal property on the real property of a California state-designated fair ("state-designated fairground"), you must separately state the amount of those sales on your Sales and Use Tax return as required under Assembly Bill 1499 (AB 1499) (Chapter 798, Stats. 2017).
