| If you exhibiting a market animal and plan to sell this animal in the Junior Livestock Auction, you and your animal must physically attend the Pre-Weigh In and have your animal weighed and tagged in order to be eligible to sell at the auction, except Rabbits & Poultry. Poultry Exhibitors must attend weigh in to register intent to sell and obtain official numbered leg bands for Single Meat Birds, Poultry Meat Pens, and Turkeys. Exhibitors of Single Fryer Rabbits and Rabbit Meat Pens must attend weigh in to register intent to sell. |
| Please complete page two (2) of the packet and return it to the Fair’s Administration office, with photographs of your animal no later than the date specified below. Retain pages 3-6 for your record keeping. You may mail Page 2 plus photos to: Amador County Fair, P. O. Box 9 Plymouth, CA 95669, “Attn Entry Dept” or you may submit them in person at the Fair Entry Office, 18621 Sherwood & School Streets, Plymouth. |
